Video shows the moment a gunman opened fire at a Brooklyn restaurant in broad daylight Thursday — killing one man and gravely injuring another, according to cops.  Footage obtained by The Post shows a man firing into the doorway of Miguel’s West Indian Restaurant in Brownsville at around 8:50 a.m. — and another person running out of the eatery seconds later.
