Victoria’s schools are being accused of “indoctrinating” students with a one-sided view on the Voice to Parliament as classrooms across the country are being taught to memorise the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
“They are putting politics into the classroom,” ‘No’ Campaign Committee President Warren Mundine told Sky News Australia.
“If you’re going to do that, then you should have a balanced discussion about it.”
Mr Mundine said many high-profile ‘yes’ campaigners had been invited to speak about the Voice in the state’s classrooms.
“But no one from the ‘no’ side has been invited in.”
