NASCAR championship contender Alex Bowman will miss a second straight race with a concussion.Bowman was in the Round of 12 in the NASCAR playoffs when he crashed in Texas. An arrest has been made in the violent attack of a youth football coach that left him unconscious after he was bashed on the head with a helmet, according to Norwalk police and a news report.
