HONG KONG: Hong Kong has made its biggest ever seizure of methamphetamine after uncovering a shipment arriving from Mexico worth more than HK$1 billion (US$130 million), authorities said on Saturday (Oct 29). Despite the cash slash, the state government says it will invest up to $295 million to expand Dandenong Hospital’s emergency department – if re-elected in November.
