I was in dire need of two things last month: a durable phone case and a good pair of boots to withstand the city pavement. I’ve been obsessed with this stylish monogrammed case that I found on Etsy—at least a handful of people have asked me to send the link to them. All season long, you’ll find me sporting this pair of comfy-heeled boots in the perfect neutral shade. I’ve already worn them for a full day of walking the city, through an orchard, and out on the town again later that evening. Safe to say, these are surely worth the investment!

Valmont’s latest innovation—a rich cream that firms and lifts the face—glides on smooth and leaves my skin looking snatched. I like to apply a generous amount at night, treating it almost as an overnight mask (and a light layer in the morning if my skin is in need of an extra pick-me-up).
Dior has reinvented its cult-fave J’adore fragrance, this time completely sans alcohol. I love how the notes of jasmine and neroli gently melt into my skin, not to mention the bottle is a real beauty.

I bought perhaps the most life-changing item that is available on the market for $12: a fanny pack. Specifically, a Juiceland fanny pack (it’s a wonderful Austin-based juice chain), which makes it so easy to go for a run or walk without having to schlep a huge tote bag. You have to buy them in-store and not online, sadly, but that almost makes them cooler? They do pop up on Poshmark from time to time.
My Juiceland fanny pack is the perfect going-out bag because it doesn’t go with anything, which, in a larger sense, means it goes with everything. I love it so much that the only fanny pack I’d ever cheat on it with is a Psychic Outlaw one.

September saw me glued to my TV watching history happen with Serena and Roger both bowing out as the legends they are—but I also spent a ton of time on the court with the new Babolat Pure Aero racket, trying to convince myself I was Rafael Nadal or Carlos Alcaraz (both of whom play with this, as does Leyla Fernandez). Turns out—surprise—I’m not, but I’ve never had a racket that supercharges my topspin like this one does (while still playing light as a feather).
